Adding to our roster of digital learning, we've now launched a short online course on managing local resolution meetings.

We're here to help members learn and develop throughout their careers, and offer a variety of online and face-to-face courses covering a wide range of medico-legal topics.

We've just added to this list with a new e-learning course on local resolution meetings – part of the first stage of the NHS complaints procedure. This short course should take about 10-15 minutes to complete, helping you learn on the go.

The course is free and available to members only, and mainly aimed at doctors in primary care. It covers when to offer local resolution meetings, how to set them up and how to run them, and aims to give learners more confidence around the whole process.

Visit our website to log in and take the course, or to explore the other courses and resources on offer.
